The Canning Membership:

This is a great option for anyone who loves to preserve the harvest every year. We often have crops that are bearing heavily and need to be harvested and utilized. When this happens we contact our Canning Members, let them know which vegetable or fruit is on and ready to be picked, and they come out to the farm to harvest it themselves and pay by the pound at a reduced rate. We are also able to grow specialty crops if we have a Canning Member or Co-op group who knows they will want a specific kind of vegetable variety.

For example:

~Grandma's favorite canning tomato was....(you fill in the blank) we can raise it for you!

~I need Tomatillo's for my favorite salsa, we can raise that too!

There are endless possibilities to the Canning Membership, and the best part is, there is no upfront purchasing requirement because the canning garden is operated on a first-come, first-served basis.

~You email us to be put on the canning contact list

~We grow delicious food!

~We contact you when canning quantities are available.

~You come pick what you want and pay by the pound at a reduced canning rate.
